We were traveling Vancouver In the beginning of June and lost front tire on my f 150.We had poor cell service i got a hold of Ryan he took care of every thing From calling a tow truck to good place to eat and stay and fixed our truck . The Lady working the front desk was knowledgeable and good at her Job. You Guys made a bad situation lot more manageable. Thank you

I was in a bind with car problems on my way back home to Golden. I needed a mechanic and ALL of the ones I called in Revy were full... including Bighorn. These are the only folks who seemed to care that there was a person in a bind on the other end of the line. The owner met with me and explained everything I needed to know in order to be safe, which I appreciated since I'm not really a "car" person. He was busy but still made the time for me and was kind through the process. Thank you to everyone at Bighorn that helped me out!

Great service! My work truck died on Friday .. my entire small business runs out of one service truck... they got me in on a overtime shift on Saturday and had me rolling Saturday afternoon... with waiting lists all over town 2 weeks out. Saved my bacon in my busiest season! 5 stars

I was driving across the mountains... had a pretty heavy impact with some flying debris off a vehicle traveling the other direction... it did some damage to the underside of my car. I limped into Revelstoke and found a Goldmine... :-) The whole staff at Bighorn were amazing, they helped me out, squeezed the car into their busy schedule and patched it up to get me safely on my way, (even gave me directions to an amazing coffee and sandwich joint while I waited). I can't say enough about this team... They are AMAZING... friendly, Helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and so Very fair with the pricing... If they were closer to my home I'd now be a loyal Lifelong customer... Thank You so much for the quick review and repair... very much appreciated. ALL I CAN SAY IS.... EVERYONE....
